1. Grant of License

The copyright holder, Veer Bajaj (the "Licensor") grants you (the "Licensee") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use this software (the "Software") solely for internal, non-commercial evaluation and testing purposes. All other rights are expressly reserved by the Licensor.

2. Restrictions

The license granted in Section 1 is subject to the following restrictions. You may NOT:

a. Copy the Software, except for a single backup copy for archival purposes.
b. Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software.
c. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
d. Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer or commercially exploit the Software, in whole or in part.
e. Use the Software for any commercial, production, or revenue-generating activities.
f. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Software.
g. Use the Software for the purpose of competitive analysis or to develop a competing product.

3. Intellectual Property

The Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.

4. Term and Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically and without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software in your possession or control.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOSSES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PERSONAL INJURY) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. General Provisions

a. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
b. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
c. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, or communications.
