Any violation of these restrictions results in immediate and automatic termination of this License.

The Software, including but not limited to all source code, compiled code, assets, data, structures, algorithms, interfaces, documentation, and design elements, constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of the Licensors.
This Agreement does not grant the Licensee any ownership rights, nor any rights not expressly provided herein.

This License remains in effect until terminated. Termination occurs automatically and without notice if the Licensee fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement.
Upon termination, the Licensee must:
Immediately cease all use of the Software; and
Permanently destroy all copies of the Software in their possession or control.
Continued use of the Software following termination constitutes a willful copyright infringement.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
THE LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
The Licensee assumes all risks associated with the use of the Software.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE OR THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Business interruption,
System damage,
Personal injury,
Security breaches.
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if the Licensors have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Licensors reserve the right to:
Modify or release updated versions of this License,
Replace this License with a successor license,
Add or remove co‑owners,
Adjust the terms under which the Software is made available.
Unless a project specifies otherwise, the most recent version of the License applies.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
